A Midday Outing, Hats and My Micah

We were about to take off when Daddy noticed that the sun was shining pretty bright today. He and Mommy found our baby bans and equipped me for fun in the sun. I think I look pretty styling and brother is just being a ham.

Brother didn't want his hat so he decided to keep on my head for a while. I think it looks better on him but Mommy wanted to take a picture anyways. I'm also demonstrating my superb sitting skills in this shot.


This is my Micah. He came from over the ocean in a far off land he calls Washington. Apparently he and Daddy go way back but this was the first time I met him. We cuddled as much as possible because I wasn't sure when he would be leaving again and I like this guy. He didn't even mind when we cuddled during video games! I told Daddy he has to stay best friends with my Micah or else...

Movie Time and a Countertop Victory

Brother and I were trying to enjoy an episode of backyardians today when Mommy decided this was too cute to pass up and interrupted us with a camera flash. I believe my face makes clear how I felt about that intrusion upon our movie enjoyment.


In the now famous words of Hiro Nakamura "YATTA!" (for those of you not sure what that means, "I Did It!") I managed to get my bink off of the counter without needing help from Mommy.

My New Bear

The other day my friend Megan told Mommy that there was a good deal on a pet bear at the store. I told Mommy that a pet bear sounded like a lot of fun and I would love it and pet it and care for it every day for as long as I live if she got it for me. Well, Daddy believed me at least and got me this one. It was my favorite one because it has that special gleam in its' eyes, kind of like me when I'm cuddling it.

So on a completely unrelated note, Mommy decided to throw this picture up here. Can you figure out what it is? If I wasn't there I wouldn't believe it. I threw up, a lot... I was pretty sick and apparently Mommy thinks this is worthy of sharing with everyone.

All Snuggled Up

Mommy thought it would be cute to see if the three of us would fit in a carriage built for two. I was ok with it because I got to cuddle with my big brother but the other two seemed a bit more uncomfortable than me. it was still a fun bike ride though!

So Daddy and Mommy keep on giving me new things to try putting in my mouth. These things definitely taste better than what I normally find to put in my mouth.

PRUNES!

For those of you who have never tasted the amazing deliciousness that is smashed prunes, I feel bad. These little delights are quite possibly the most tasty thing I have ever put into my mouth, and trust me when I say that I have put a lot of things in my mouth. Mommy and Daddy won't give me them very often though, they say they can't afford the increase in the diaper bill...

Practicing My Sitting

This picture is just a bonus shot of me being cute. Mommy put me in this ladybug pajama set that I have now outgrown (it was only 12 months). 

This is my doggy helping me learn how to sit. My feet keep distracting me and causing me to fall over but I am getting the hang of this despite the challenges I face. I am, after all, short and wobbly and my hands waggle even when I tell them not to. Wish me luck!
