My Rankings

I went to my 9 month well baby appointment and I guess I'm doing pretty good. Here are my rankings so far.

Weight: 20 lbs (66th percentile)
Height: 30 inches (96th percentile)
Head: 18.5 inches (98th percentile)

Cupcake Scarfing Contest

Mommy made a few batches of cupcakes to celebrate Brandon's birthday. This picture looks like I just ate three of them all by myself. I'm here to tell you that although that would be great, the truth is far more sinister. The big people were eating the tops with all of the good stuff on them and giving me the bottoms, the stuff that they couldn't get off of the paper. This all happened when Mommy and Daddy were out of the house for the evening, but I guess the bottoms of cupcakes are better than no cupcakes at all.

Awesome Backpacking

This is the awesome safari back pack. I hear that Brother got quite a bit of use out of it too. I'm not sure what Brandon is doing with his hands there, is that a W, or a 3?? I thought he was from Hillsboro, not Willsboro... Oh well, this was a fun hike regardless of how wonderful my ride was.

A Peaceful Temple

What is that with the hands? Not even a proper W this time...

We visited a peaceful temple with a jazz concert in session. It was very nice. A little too nice. Oh well, it was nothing that my super Bubby Blast couldn't fix! I was so noisy that Daddy claimed he could hear from the other side of the temple grounds. I did like the birds though, they were noisy like me. In fact, in the above picture I am craning my neck to get a glimpse of a swan that was waddling by.

Hula Grill

Whereas Brother seems to enjoy eating outdoors, I prefer the stable environs of my own home. Here, Brandon is attempting to console me as I covet the neighbors' bannana pancakes. They never just let me steal what I want.
This time, someone walked by with strawberry French toast. Those looked really yummy. Luckily for me, I was able to steal some strawberries from Brandon's when he wasn't looking. Just like Brother drank a pitcher of creamer while no one was looking. His choice ended... smelly. Mine, however ended with a happy tummy.

I Win

"All your laps are belong to us"

The above quote is of minor cultural significance and a tired Daddy couldn't help but include it in this post. I don't know what it is supposed to mean, but he assured me it would be funny to a select few readers. All I want to say is, look where I am sitting. Now look where Brother is sitting. I win. :P

Following in my Brothers Stick Hits

I am not sure if these are instruments of music or instruments of war. I've seen Brandon smacking rubber pads masterfully in time with some great music so apparently in the right hands they are for entertainment.

I have also seen Brother smacking everything within stick reach in such chaotic rhythms that I crawl for my life. Although I like watching Brandon play, I think I like using them more like Brother does. These are Sticks of War.

My First Train Ride

"WEEEEE!!!!"
I'm beginning to understand what Brother sees in trains. They are a lot of fun. I really wanted to crawl around under the seats while we were cruising through the fields of pineapples but Daddy wouldn't let me. I did grab the lady in front of us though. That was fun.

Oh man, Hawaiian music and a clacking train ride sure do make for a good time.
